The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳300. Deposited funds must come only from an account registered in the name of the account holder; third-party payments are not accepted.
2.2 Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes after approval.
The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:
- Account identity verification must be completed.
- Withdrawals will be on hold if any active bonus wagering requirement remains incomplete.

2.3 Payment Disputes

A bonus may be cancelled or deducted from an account in the following circumstances:
